    Doceo, -es, -ere, -ui, -tum

The names of educational personal in Russian is for me somewhat confuse. Please make it clear for me. Let's see:
University: Chief of a Department. For example in a Faculty of Economics. Department of Statistics and Econometry. Name of the chief of Department? This Department teaches the subjects: Statistics I, Statistics II and Econometrics. Everyone with its own teacher. Which is their name?
Secondary School (from abt. 15 to 18 yrs): teachers of Physics, Grammar, History, etc. Which is their name?
Primary School (up to 15 yrs. approx.): which is the name of these teachers? Thanks.

Just for future reference: in Russia school age is approximately 6-17 y/o. So as a rule you won't find 18 y/o "kids" at school. At this age they usually study at the University (first or even second year of study), work or (for boys, who didn't pass University exams and couldn't skip army dutes) serve in the Army.

(средняя) школа ~ (secondary?) school (for 6-17 y/o kids)
начальная школа/младшие классы ~ primary school (first three (earlier) or four (recently) years of study)
старшая школа/старшие классы ~ high school (last three years of study)
средние классы - ? (in between)

    (школьный) учитель - (school) teacher
    - учитель физики, учитель истории, учитель русского языка, учитель литературы, учитель зоологии, и т.д.
директор (школы) - (secondary school) director/principal

высшая школа - higher school (?) - a collective term for Universities, Institutes, etc.

преподаватель (университета, колледжа, и т.д.) - (University, college, etc.) teacher
ректор - a head of the University
декан - dean (a head of the U. department)
    факультет - U. department
кафедра - (sub)department (of a university). Usually every subject or а group of subjects (chemistry, mathematics, economics, etc.) has its own кафедра. Every кафедра is a part of a certain факультет.
заведующий кафедрой (завкафедрой) - head of the кафедра
