I have found a sentece like this -> Тебе очень идёт.

Can I write it under a photo (on Facebook) of a woman looking beautiful?

Тебе очень идёт. - means 'It suits you well' (usually about clothes, jewelry and other unnecessary stuff).

Hmm, couldn't you just say "Ты очень красивая."? - "You are very beautiful."

Или возможно - "какая красота!" Though to be honest, I'm not sure how accepted that is as a compliment. It's "What a beauty!"
