Comparative and superlative form of "хороший"

    Privet.

My question is regarding the comparative and superlative form of the adjective хороший.

As I understood the comparative form is "лучше" and the superlative form is "лучший". What I don't understand is whether there are declensions of the sumperlative form "лучше".
    I have the following examples:
    1. I want to buy the best shirt - Я хочу купить лучшую рубашку.
    2. I want to buy a better shirt than that - Я хочу купить лучше рубашку чем эта.
As I conclude "лучше" is used regardless if it is neutral, female and male.

Also as I understood "лучше" is used as an adverb:
    "Он поёт лучше чем кто-нибудь"

    Spasibo.

    One simple adjustment.

Я хочу купить рубашку лучше чем эта

Pattern -- noun + comparative adjective or verb + comparative adjective (Although here it would be an adverb). Depends on what part of speech the word лучше belongs to

As you wrote it initially, я хочу купить лучше рубашку, here the лучше word belongs to the verb and not the noun, and acts as an adverb, but doesn't make sense because it's hard to imagine how you can buy better.

And, лучше is always лучше it doesn't change. And one more suggestion it's better to not use the word чем but replace it with genetive case.

    noun/verb + Лучше + genetive case:

Я делаю это лучше чем ты - Я делаю это лучше тебя.
Твой стул лучше чем мой - Твой стул лучше моего (стола) here's the word стол is in genetive but not really needed you can omit it
Я хочу купить рубашку лучше чем эта - Я хочу купить рубашку лучше этой (рубашки)

And another thing I want you to know, there's another superlative form of хороший and this is наилучший, which is the strongest word for хороший, like the best of the best.
The last thing there's another comparative form of хороший this is получше. And this one is kinda magic one because it doesn't require either чем or genetive case.

    Look:

Я хочу рубашку получше - I want a better shirt.
Я хочу стол получше - I want a better table.
I do not claim that my opinion is absolutely true.
If you've spotted any mistake in my English, please, correct it. I want to be aware of any mistakes to efficiently eliminate them before they become a habit.

"... And this one is kinda magic one because it doesn't requires either чем or genetive case...."

Does this apply to other по- prefixed comparatives?
    послаще повысшее побольнее повежливее

    Apparantely,

Я хочу быть повыше - I want to be taller.
Я хочу чего-нибудь послаще - I want something that tastes sweeter.
Может ударить тебя побольнее? - Maybe I need to hit you more painfully?
Будь повежливее! - Be more polite!

But there's a little "but" here, and this "but" is that this "по-" thing sometimes could be translated as slightly, like slightly taller, sweeter and so on. But this is a very sutle thing though.
