    help remembering причем и иначе

Any tips on how to remember those two unrelated words.

I "know" them since ages, but every time I see them, I can't put a meaning on them.

And since they are "coordinating" words, my memorizing methodology that works for verbs, words, and adjectives does not work here

причём you use when you want to describe some concurrency between words (closest equivalents in english are: at that, by that, moreover, where)
Sometimes причём is omitted in english.

    here:
Ты пойдёшь искать новую работу. Причём завтра!

You WILL go looking for a new job. Tomorrow!

иначе you use when you need to describe alternatives (Equiv.: (lat.) alias, otherwise, differently, or else)

Ты пойдёшь искать новую работу, иначе ты пожалеешь!

You'll go looking for a new job otherwise you'll regret it!

Иной means different, thus иначе is otherwise (sinon), иностранный (ино-странный) is foreign, from a different country

"Причём" looks like "при чём" - "at something [condition]" - "au surplus"

I don't know if that helps or makes sense to you
I've got a TV, and I'm not afraid to use it

Usually "причём" means "moreover"; it sounds "p-rich-oh-m". Look at this:
Was the cop rich? Oh, moreover, he was <put something weird here>.
    Correct my English, please.

I have that same problem, except there aren't two, but about eleven million...
Заранее благодарю всех за исправление ошибок в моём русском.

One uses "причем" (or "причём" - it's the same and sounds the same) when he wants to add an extra information to what he said and emphasize it:
Вчера я купил машину, причем красную
I added an information about colour (красную)
...причем Ferrari (it's important that i've bought exactly Ferrari)

    Correct my English, please.

there are the Absolute Participle Construction in English, which is translated into Russian through using "Причем"
    FAI:
1.According to the contract the goods are to be delivered within 7 days, the payment being made in cash
По контракту товары должны быть доставлены в течение 7 дней, причем платеж должен быть сделан наличными

2.The couple was divorced, the son remaining with the father
Cупруги развелись, причем сын остался у отца
