How do you translate adverbs into Russian? I originally though that you just use an adjective in masculine, but I'm beginning to think otherwise. For example, how would the following be said?

I quickly drove to the store
I did well on the test
He read the book quickly

How would those be said? Thanks

No, it's not just an adjective in masculine...

I quickly drove to the store - Я быстро поехал в магазин.
I did well on the test - Я хорошо выполнил тест.
He read the book quickly - Я быстро прочел книгу.

ajectives are:
быстрый (m) - быстрая (f) - быстрое (n)
хороший (m)- хорошая (f) - хорошее (n)

Notice an ending -o- in adverbs. In superlative degree they have an ending -e-:

хорошо (well) - лучше (better)
сильно (hard) - сильнее (harder)
быстро (quickly) - быстрее (quicklier)

Apart from non-adjectival adverbs, such as по-русски, obviously.

Adverbs in Russian have no gender and are never declined.
Adverbs which are formed from adjective are similar to adjective in neuter short form, but not identical. At least the stress may be different (in adjectives in neuter short form, the stress is always on the last "о", while in adverbs it is often different).
На улице хОлодно. (It is cold in the street).
Море все еще слишком холоднО. (The sea is still too cold.)
And there are many adverbs which are not formed form adjectives, such as сегодня, завтра etc.

You mean comparative.
Harder is a comparative. Hardest is a superlative.
