Adjective in singular referring to several nouns?

I think I have found this case in other ocassions:
British experts have declared viande and milk of cloned animals sure / safe for consumers.
Британские эксперты признали мясо и молоко клонированных животных безопасным для потребителей.
безопасным or безопасными since the adjective complete refers to several nouns?
    Thank you.

Yes, it should be "безопасными", in plural.
"Россия для русских" - это неправильно. Остальные-то чем лучше?
