On forming superlative degree of adjectives I have the following guides:
1) Absolute superlative (Peter is most wise): is got with "simple superlative", (however every form is bookish)
With suffixes: -айш-, -ейш-
with the prefix: пре-, превосходный
in two cases with ш: хyдший ,лyчший
2) Relative superlative (Peter is the most wise in his class) is got with "composed superlative"
with самый before positive adjective (it is the sole coloquial form)
with наиболее before id id (bookish)
with наи- before comparative adj. (bookish)
However I find in a list of "Russian topics" the following expresions that I can't fit into these rules nor in any grammar. They are as follow (among many others):
Какая песня была самой лучшей в прошедшем году?
какая телевизионная программа была самой худшей на последние 5 лет?
какой самый лучший способ найти жену (мужа)?
Here and making jokes the people says that something is "the most best good", but it is only a joke.
Are correct these phrases of "Russian topics"? Thanks
