Не помню, заметил ли я, что у вас очень надоедливый язык, но что сделать ...
Не могу избежать его. Поэтому я должен выучить его.

I ask from a Russian friend of this forum to put the udarenie in the sleduiushie kraktie formy by using Bold
For example:
заключенный: заключен - заключена - заключено - заключены

1. названный: назван - названа - названо - названы
2. переданный: передан - передана - передано - переданы
3. прочитанный: прочитан - прочитана - прочитано - прочитаны
4. постриженный: пострижен - пострижена - пострижено - пострижены
5. понятый: понят - понята - понято - поняты
6. основанный: основан - основана - основано - основаны
7. предоставленный: предоставлен - предоставлена - предоставлено - предоставлены

Is there an on-line source where I can find these details?
My dictionaries are useless (both online and not).

I have come up with the following loose general rules until now:
Rule 1: When the prichastie ends in -ённый the udarenie falls symmetrically to the last syllabus (exceptions: определенный, распространенный)
Rule 2: When the prichastie starts with the syllabus вы- (e.g. выданный), usually udarenie is on tha syllabus and udarenie remains stable during the composition of kratkaya forma
Rule 3: Usually when the udarenie is on the first syllabus it remains stable during the composition of kratkoi forme (exception: названный)
Rule 4: Prichastie ending in -ованный usually they have the udarenie on "o" and remains stable during the composition of the kratkaya forma.

Могу только успокоить, что многие русские путаются в ударениях причастий. Возможно, лучший метод - просто запоминать исключения...

Также в приведённом списке ударения расставлены с ошибками.
А слово "воженный" если и существует, то я никогда его не слышал.

You should use Russian dictionaries. I mean which are made for the Russians. There are special dictionaries that contain stresses and endings.

Try this: Яндекс.Словари

Select the "русский язык" tab (it contains all the Russian dictionaries) and then type the word you need to check into the edit box and press "Найти".

You will see something like this:

Remember that sometimes you should look at the "Орфографический словарь" section.

By the way, I took a look at your list, and it seems only the word "заключённый" has different stresses. All the rest have the same stress the main form has. Also I found that some words have wrong stress mark. Check them, now you know how: переданный, понятый, проданный, пересланный, заявленный. That's your homework.

P.S. In spite of the fact that the word "воженный" formally exists, you should take it away from the list and forget, because it's very uncommon. It's an advanced level (for the professional linguists).

I was using this slovar' but only the perevod section.

In this cases I must conlude that there is not stress change?

Yes, that means that there's no stress shift in that word
