    усраться - to cr@p oneself (from "срать").
    It's very vulgar. In this case it's used figuratively, of course. Something like "You should have done it, it would not be too hard/it would not cost you much"

    The meaning of that sentence can be translated as:

    "It wouldn't have killed him to stop by at my place."

    Of course, the literal translation is different and much more vulgar as gRomoZeka mentioned.
