These are two different words (they both derive from an obsolete word "кошель").

кошелЁк (masc.) - a wallet -> в кошелькЕ
кошЁлка (fem., colloquial) - a kind of a bag -> в кошЁлке
Also "(старая) кошёлка" - old bag (an (old) unpleasant, frumpy woman)

And please remember that "ё" is always stressed (even if it's often spelled as "е").
