It can mean a few things. I think its mostly Angry/ Pissed off.
Ну а меня колбасит!
Im just really pissed off!
But it can also mean any other overflow of emotion, like...

Wouldn't worry too much about this word, people just have fun with the way it sounds and use in the meaning they want.
I would add another meaning to the ones mentioned by others - beat up someone.
Они его так откалбасили, что он еле до дома дошёл.
