    Hi!

    Would you tell me how to translate жить in this context? I find it strange to translate it as "to live".

    Женский врач рассказывает, по каким законам живёт женское сексуальное желание.

    It's a little bit stange, but as far as we talk about something that is part/aspect of living organism or some system (society or economics and so on) "to live" is applicable in russian. It is something like "exists/acts/behaves" here.
