In the song "Морзянка" I see
В морозы так нужны нам
Ваши письма тёплые,
Но только ты об этом
Лучше песню расспроси.
My problem is with "В морозы" and its meaning. I suppose it is "During (the time of) ices...", it should be an accusative expresing a description like in :Во время войны.

морозы: Холодная зимняя погода; сильные холода.

It is. "в морозы" is in accusative case
Similar examples: в годы войны; в час разлуки; в минуты отчаянья; в холода; в жару (the same case but it's declined differently because of feminine gender); в снегопад; в эпоху интернета etc.
It is similar to "Во время (acc.) войны (gen.)" - during the war

Yes, and "в войну" is also possible meaning "во время войны".
