Well, after having given some thought to the subject I ended up thinking that you could say something like this:

Если арендная плата будет предоставлена с опозданием, вас выселят ...

however, I still don't think it'd be a very good phrase but at least it doesn't sound as weird as the previous one that way and it's undoubtably understandable
