    I found the word предоставляться so I concluded that certainly there is the word предоставиться. I know that this word means provide.
    Чем больше слов, тем меньше они стоят.

    The logic is correct but in fact that does not work in Russian. "Предоставлять" is a kind of "provide a possibility to use for some implied purpose" so it is irrelevant here. "Вносить плату" is a kind of set phrase, so use it.
    "Россия для русских" - это неправильно. Остальные-то чем лучше?
