How do you say you feel guilty about doing something? In the sense that you are betraying someone else?

(By the way I didn't do anything bad. I just wanted to know about the words.)

"Я чувствую себя виноватой перед тобой (ней, им, ними)" or "Я чувствую себя виноватой в том, что я сделала" (I believe the prepositions here can be a pain in the *rear* )

Why are Russians/Ukrainian soooo polite???? Rear sounds gay. You can use bloody ass.
