    Это кто-то третий

What exactly does this mean ? It is the title of a Русский размер Song, in which he says "Это кто-то третий, это просто ветер..." and some more stuff.

Then i was just listening to this децл song "Bad v In love" and he says like "Тот, кто-то третий..." and some other crap, blah blah.

What does it mean besides "the third somebody"
it has to have some other meaning
Вот это да, я так люблю себя. И сегодня я люблю себя, ещё больше чем вчера, а завтра я буду любить себя to ещё больше чем сегодня. Тем что происходит,я вполне доволен!

I'd translate it as "It's somebody the third, it's just the wind..."
I don't know the context here, but I can make up an example with a similar phrase.

    - Кто открыл дверь?
    - Я не открывал.
    - Я тоже.
    - Если из нас двоих никто этого не делал, значит это кто-то третий.
(If nobody of us two has done it, then it must be somebody the third)
    - Наверно это просто ветер. (Most likely it's just the wind)

Maybe you misheard it and it was "Тот, кто третий..." or "Тут кто-то третий" that respectively mean "the one who is the third" and "somebody the third is here(beside us two)"

oh, so, it really has no other deeper meaning that "the third somebody". We would also say something simalar in english "if i didn't close the door, and you didn't, then someone else must have" In english, if you said "the third person, it sounds like, there is someone else in the house that you don't know, and they might be trying to kill you or something. Kinda scary. Anyways friendy, like always you have usefull explanations... thanks alot!

Yes, the same in Russian. I'd also prefer saying "кто-то другой" or "кто-то ещё" to "кто-то третий" in that kind of situation and "кто-то третий" really implies more suspicion here.
