What the heck is that?

The lazy bastard meant to say:

Why thank you! The translation in English would be something like: "And what is this thing?" usually as a follow up to a previous sentence.

Yeah , before I attempted to translate it I thought that was a question... Then I didn't want to delete the whole story I just dished up!
