Can someone confirm that I am translating this properly?
I feel that I am making some mistakes.

Ты ушёл с другой, в сердце стынет кровь,
Ты ушёл с другой, вот и вся любовь.
Следом за тобой больше не пойду,
Я дружка себе верного найду.

You left with another, of heart that freezes blood
You left with another, here and all love.
From now on I wont go to you anymore,
I truely will find myself a best friend.

I'd go for something like:

You went off with someone else, my heart is frozen (or "the blood freezes in my heart")
You went off with someone else, that's it for love (or "it's all over for love/love is finished")
I won't follow you (in your footsteps maybe?) anymore
I'll find myself a real friend (boyfriend?)

BTW shouldn't it be "вот и всё любовь"?

No, no, this is вся, for sure. The literal translation is like "That's all love" where "all" is an adjective, not a pronoun. This idiom "Вот и весь/вся/всё (neutral g.) " means "a final situation, not to be discussed any more etc."
Вот и все дела.
You may also say simply Вот и всё. That's all. Here it is всё because it is a pronoun and means "all things".

Right, got it, I understood the idiom, but got the grammar wrong. I remembered the phrase from that pop song, but I didn't hear it clearly.
