What does this sentence mean:
Все у меня руки не доходят до одной работы.
I just am lazy and don't get around to it because I don't feel like it, or I really don't have no possibility of doing it.

It means "I have no time to spend on this yet, because I'm busy with other tasks [either more important or just more easy]". It may mean "I don't feel like it, so I still work on other [more pleasant or straightforward] tasks".
