Well I see Indra has answered the questions before me, but I wrote mine with so much of attantion and it's just unfair to delete it!

    1. How can I help you ? Чем я могу вам помочь?
    2. May I help you ? ( Can I help you ?) Могу я вам помочь?
    3. If you need anything ,just ask me or one of my staff . Если вам что-нибудь понадобится, просто спросите меня или кого-то из моих сотрудников/кого-то из персонала.
    4. If you need anything ,let me know. My name is JEI Если вам что-нибудь понадобится, дайте мне знать. Меня зовут Джеи (?)

    5. Thank you for staying with us !!! Спасибо за пребывание у нас! Спасибо, что (вы) остановились/гостите у нас!!
    6. Is everything ok ? Всё впорядке? Всё хорошо?
    7. How is your room ? Как вам (понравилась) ваша комната/номер?
    8. Have a good rest !!! Хорошего отдыха! Приятного отдыха!
    9. Did you rest well ? Вы хорошо отдохнули?
    10. Someone asking about you in the Lobby . Кто-то вас спрашивает в фое/приёмной зале/приёмном зале/внизу (If the Lobby is situating in the ground floor)
11.Someone will pick you up at 6 am . Rто-нибудь заберёт вас в шесть утра.

You asked - you got it!
I marked the words which need be stressed. Unmarked phrases mean that you must say it just with smile and kind. The last two phrases have different stressed points, but it depens of what is important to say.

I hope it helped - make them feel delightfully hearing your perfect polite Russian!
    Я так думаю.

What about "Как я могу вам помочь?"
Какая разница, умереть богатым или бедным?

Какой толк от богатства если ты не счастлив.

Well, this question actually means "What can I do for you", at least, in Russian. To ask "Как я могу вам помочь" isn't incorrect, but it kinda means "how can I do anything for you?"

    That's right and correct.
But I see some difference between two pfrases : КАК я могу вам помочь? and ЧЕМ я могу вам помочь?
I must say that that's my own opinion and one can have his own point, but I really see the difference. Look :

I ask ЧЕМ я могу вам помочь? when I really do not know whatever people may wish - they might to ASK me where to find anything, or in situation (when I am Mr Bean and you came in the Reception in Hotel) like above than ЧЕМ я могу вам помочь? is the duty phrase and means that I am ABLE to do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you could wish or ask me.

Now КАК я могу вам помочь?

I see what in particular is happening at the moment - I understand the problem and ask HOW or with what kind of HELP can I help you. Some woman came from shopping from butics, she came on taxi, the driver helped her to take out all her bags and she simple do not know how to pick up TWENTY bags and ribboned boxes with two hands. Then I come to her and ask dirrectly КАК я могу вам помочь?
You see I know that I must take some her bags and help her bring them to her room. But PERHAPS she want to bring some valuable bags herself and tell me what in particular BAGS should I take to help her.
If i would asked her ЧЕМ я могу вам помочь? tHan she'd answered Help me with bags!! Doesn't he see all my bags??!!
If I ask КАК я могу вам помочь? she answer take please those ten bags and bring it to me room please!

GOD I made a bunch of mistakes here writing all that and ask excuse my English, I also hope it has sense.
Anyway BOTH phrases are FAIR in same situation but I still feel the difference.
    :P
    Я так думаю.
