    матплат / материнских плат

    does "Способы ремонта материнских плат" translate roughly to "Methods used to repair mainboard/motherboard" ?

    to my understanding, the word материнских плат translate to motherboard, sometimes I found that word was replaced by матплат. I'm not sure about this.

    I'm trying to translate some computer related sentences from russian to english. I found this sentence in a russian computer website.
