    Please help translate this recipe.

My friend gave me a recipe for borsch. I was wondering if someone could please help me translate it into English. Thank you! (note-I may have spelled a word or two wrong as the font used in this recipe is rather hard to read.)

Actully you spelled some words right.

    Anyway... Borshch
Beef with a bone, red beet (a big one) - 1 piece, potatos - 3 peices, cabbage, onion - 1 piece, garlic 2-3 pieces, vinegar - 1-2 spoonful, vegetable oil.
Boil beef with a bone for an hour then add cut potato and cabbage. Clean and scrab a beet and grate it on a middle grater, do the same with carrots. Slice onion and garlic into small pieces. Fry onion, garlic, carrots and a beet on a pan, then add vinegar there. When potatos and cabbage are cooked put there fried stuff. Take out a beef and cut it into pieces. Then boil it for 15 minutes. Take it off a stove and stay it for 10 minutes.

Well, I guess I've made a lot of mistakes, so correct me!

    Борщ (not борш)

Говядина (косточка), свекла (желательно крупная) 1 шт., картофель 3 шт., капуста, лук 1 шт., чеснок 2-3 головки, уксус 1-2 столовые ложки, растительное масло.

Looks like you cannot distinguish between some letters when written in cursive. Pay attention: if you see a letter looking exactly like English "m" in a Russian cursive text, it's not "М" at all, it's a small handwritten "T"! The small handwritten "М" in Russian has always the same shape as the capital one.

    Compare: М м - it is M; Т m - it is T!

    You have also misrecognised a cursive u (it's и, not у!) and n (it's п, not и!).

Hope this may help you in future.
