    аппарата?

    Can some one tell me what аппарата means? I'm trying to find the address for the ministry of justice and also for the Supreme Court of Russia.

    аппарата = genitive singular of аппарат

    аппарат = apparatus, device, system, administrative machinery, staff, personnel

    In your case it is probably one of the last three ones.
