    Hello, how's everyone doing?
I need some help with the following paragraph, if it isn't much trouble

    Thanks heaps

против природы не попрешь ~ you can't fight the nature
One of the meanings of "переть" (and it's often negative) is to push forward, to move forward overcoming some resistance or disregarding any obstacles.

Do you want the whole paragraph translated?

Great thank you so much for explaining that expression. And, yes I would love if you translated the whole paragraph, if it's not trouble

It's a nice text in the sense that it's relaxed and natural with many idiomatic expressions. But it's pretty informal, of course.

I want to dedicate this topic to all women. I want to note at the very beginning, that every rule has an exception, but here we'll talk exactly about rules, not about exceptions. Having had some life experience I came to the conclusion that women for some reason demand from men IMPOSSIBLE things. Let's face it: nature made us absolutely different, women have their own mission in life, and men have theirs. Do understand this, dear women, they just can't be faithful for life (not to look at other women's skirts, shorts, legs, tits, etc.). 90% of men in marriage don't have ebough basic freedom, they need to "mix with friends", and very often such a mixing happens at nighttime. Well, I don want to beat the air, I understood one thing: it's very stupid to try to change them, it will only fray your nerves. According to statistics only 1/3 of men are fit for family life, others have enough after 5 years on average - this period is enough to father a child and to raise him or her more or less, and then... then great things await a man! After that such popular sayings as "All men are jerks" appear. I don't urge women to endure men's outrageous behaviour, but there's a point in trying to change your perceptions of what's happening. I personally came to this conclusion.

Excellent, thank you so much for translating.

Just one little thing, I could not find the word "svo", which you translated as "jerk", anywhere. Is it like cut to a shortened version as a euphemism or something like that?

"сво..." means "сволочи", it's just an abbreviation.

    It's almost a set phrase.
I don't know why she cut it. It's not worth it.
