Context is needed, but she is likely to be under the wheels indeed))
Actually, the phrase you are asking about is not totally correct, perhaps it's old style russian book)) or illiteracy )

    gytrans,

Please always provide the WHOLE sentence.
In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.

    Hi,

here is the full sentence (it's from the book 'paranoia' by Victor Martinovich

Ты резко выкрутила колеса и, взревев булькающим, звериным рыком, рванула с тротуара, спугнув из-под колес пригревшуюся там бабушку.

    OMG, it's nonsence)...
i've found this excerpt from here
    http://www.fictionbook.ru/author/viktor ... tml?page=2
I don't know the author, but he's really lost mind a bit)..his style..his abnormal expressions..what are you reading?))
I'm serving up one comment to that excerpt) :
"“половозрелый огарок свечи” - ну не бред ли? Или вот, типа претензия на изящность и остроумие: “Ты резко выкрутила колеса и, взревев булькающим, збериным рыком, рванула с тротуара, спугнув из-под колес пригревшуюся там бабушку.” Интересно, у кого афтар берет такую забористую траву?"

and it's true) don't even try translating, you'll faint)))

"пригревшаяся" from the verb "пригреться" means "to sit/lie/situate yourself on somewhat place for some time and to feel comfortable there afterwards" )

Re: What is the бабушкa doing?

You turned the wheels with a jerk and roaring a bubbling beastly roar took off the pavement scaring the hell out of a grandma taking shelter under the wheels.
    Looks like a sci-fi, sort of .
