Can someone help me out what's being talked about?

One man is asking another (the pilot) about whether he'd intercepted the intruder, then he finds out that the pilot didn't find anything, he wonders where might he go and then shruggs it off to let their commanders to ponder on that.
Then he suggests that the pilot flies to 22nd border outpost which'd been attacked not long before that. He says that they have no fuel left and they need it badly. Then he says that their command had already sent a transport helicopter but it never made it there. He suggests that the pilot took the fuel to the outpost and apoligizes about this task being assigned to the combat pilot. He also said that he'll pass some message to the outpost commander along and advises to hurry because it's getting dark and the weather is turning to the worse.
