You would write there anything about what your doing at this moment.

(Я сейчас) cлушаю Beatles.

I'm listening Beatles (now)...

It could mean a lot of things, depending on context. If it's a field in your profile, most probably it's your location. For example, "Я сейчас в Париже" = I am in Paris now.
But then again, it's only a supposition.

Oh, no, no. It's your current status. You're supposed to write what you are doing right now.
