Yes, this variant is correct too. However if you use the verb "есть" text sounds like... wise and exalted admonition, because this verb is outdated for everyday speech.

You should not omit "есть" here ("У вас есть все перспективы..." is ok).
I don’t know how explain this clearly, but the word "перспективы" is inappropriate. When we say "у вас есть перспектива карьерного роста" it means "there is free place under sun" which you can occupy. It’s just statement of fact. However in our text we try to inspire, to motivate, to convince somebody that something is really possible.

I can't recall (right now at least) situation when I use the verb "фокусировать" like "to direct" or "to send". I use this verb only with prepositional case:
Фокусировать внимание на чём? - на вещах. На вещах каких? - на негативных.
