I don’t know how explain this clearly, but the word "перспективы" is inappropriate. When we say "у вас есть перспектива карьерного роста" it means "there is free place under sun" which you can occupy. It’s just statement of fact. However in our text we try to inspire, to motivate, to convince somebody that something is really possible.> я мог бы написать: У вас все перспективы
You should not omit "есть" here ("У вас есть все перспективы..." is ok).
I can't recall (right now at least) situation when I use the verb "фокусировать" like "to direct" or "to send". I use this verb only with prepositional case:фокусируете свое внимание на негативные вещи
Фокусировать внимание на чём? - на вещах. На вещах каких? - на негативных.
