I’m new in this forum.
I’m beginning to learn Russian. I already know some of the letters of the Russian alphabet and how to say things like:
Спасибо, Меня зовут …, Как дела?, Привет.

I like to know how to say this:
”Hi sweetie, I love you of all my heart” in russian.
I hope there’s someone, who can help me. Спасибо

I'm not sure what you mean exactly, but I believe you want to know how to pronounce them. I'm not very good at writing out Russian pronunciations, but I'll try.

Здраствуй дорогая, я люблю тебя всем сердцем.
