By biggest problem to be honest is just the: God bless ... I don't know how to use it in the correct context!

"God bless"="Благослови Господь". If object is expressed by a few words it's better to place it between these words: "God bless you"="Благослови тебя Господь", but "God bless you and your familiy"="Благослови Господь тебя и твою семью".

Благослови Господь любой выбор, который ты сделаешь в своей жизни. Мой подарок ценнее самой дорогой драгоценности, это простой и короткий совет: улучшай свой негативный и невежливый характер и научись быть позитивной даже в самых плохих условиях. Забудь меня и всё что со мной связано. Для таких людей как ты нет места ни в моей жизни ни в моей прекрасной стране.

The Russian way would be less fancy, more direct IMHO, something like this:

First you (or somebody else) bear, bear, bear, accumulating the annoyance inside, and at some point you fire away something really rude. For example, you could just replace your "Improve your negative and impolite character " with "Завязывай быть стервой" (quit being a bitch), which would make a good combination with your moderate "introduction":
Я дарю тебе вещь, которая дороже любой драгоценности: этот простой короткий совет.
