Could someone translate this into English please?

znachet po russki bazarish, da? nu i kak ti suda popala?

"So you can speak Russian, right? Well, how did you get here?"

It was a bit impolite also.

На всякий случай - правильный вариант, как это должно было писаться )) :

Значит по-русски базаришь, да? Ну и как ты сюда попала?

Not to say this is wrong, but I would have translated it like:

"So you speak Russian, right? Well, how did you end up in this place?"
"get here" - implies that this place is not supposed to be for people like huny007, or at least very difficult to get here

I'd say "how did you end up here" is a little more fluid whilst still not conveying a suggestion of restriction.
