    What are the english words for the following spices:
    корица, гвоздика, кардамон, имбирь и мускатный орех?

    If you buy a basic spice rack from a department store, it should contain all of those and more. And come on a cool little spinny thing!

    I would have to buy several of those racks, I guess..
    I need quite a lot of those spices, which you kindly translated for me. I am going to bake pryaniki (Пряники) for the contest, so it should be enough for everyone to taste... and do not forget the family...

    I just realized: the word "пряник" originates from the word "пряный" - "spicy" Never notised before...

    Wow, how big is it going to be?
    not that this is related in anyway, but I spent all day trying to make Russian Easter Bread with my Russian friend two years ago, about 5 loaves... I'll stick with hard-boiled eggs and marshmallow candy!
