there were a few terms i was wondering about, namly:
bulking (when you add weight especially to lift more)
cutting (when you remove the excess fat and reduce BF from bulking)
failure/ go to failure (when you lift so you cant physically raise the weight anymore without help from a spotter )
drop set (when you have gone to failure and then immediately reduce the weight and go to failure again)
i think there were some more, but i cant remember right now
