Quick Question on Translation

Hi

I am trying to translate the sentence

English = "Police certificate (data of existence or absence of conviction)"

to

Russian = Полиция данных сертификата о наличии или отсутствии убежденности

Is my Russian translation correct.

Incorrect. Does not make any sense at all =).
I think it is "Справка из полиции о наличии или отсутствии судимостей".

thanks pushvv. i am now looking at your way and the way i posted it and trying to work out where I went wrong. i used google translate and broke the sentence down but didnt do a good job. thanks for that.

Police certificate (data of existence or absence of conviction)
= Справка из полиции (данные о наличии или отсутствии судимости)
