Which is proper?

I was just wondering which sentence is grammatically correct. I am getting a tattoo in Russian (my family is from there, I live in Canada) of a lyric "a wish for wings that work".. I need it simply translated, the song is about a girl that hopes to make it into a heaven when she dies, so she hopes that the wings God gives her will take her. I'd also like to know exactly what it is that they both say, I've translated them both but my Russian isn't very good yet and I don't want to take the chance since it will be permanently on my body.

a желание для крылья тот работа

or

Мечта о крыльях, с которыми можно летать.

or something else entirely?

Then hire a professional translator. I guess 30% of the cost of the tattoo itself is not a huge overhead.

First of all, this is my first attempt at translating anything and if I got one sentence somewhat right, I'm happy with that. Secondly, getting a translator for Russian where I'm from isn't easy and third, I'm a student who can hardly afford food so I don't have money to spend on that which is why I came to this chat room. The tattoo I'm getting is for free, my friend is an artist. I didn't think that it would be a big deal to ask someone to help me with the translation here but apparently it is.

It isn't so easy to match a nice equivalent in russian even if I've understood meaning of English text.
As for me I think it isn't good idea to put any text on your body. :sorry:
