It might not be perfect Russian, for the person who wrote this is not Russian. But since this is about me (Emma) and I might never see this person again, I'm really trying to figure out what this means..

if Emma is you, then is miss state of Ohio you or not? I wonder, is it Oueen of Beauty in the state of Ohio?
