    отпуск - degree

I'm in the process of translating a degree from Russian to Dutch and I've come accross something I'm not familiar with.
On the document, the following is written:

    After that, it says:

Do they really mean holiday? So, the student didn't take a holiday during the school year 1981-1982? Or is this about your right on holiday when you start working after graduation? And what do they mean by the last sentence (in bold)? Their time at school counts towards their internship?

отпуск - vacation (payed days free of work)
It says that the person didn't use his right for vacation during graduation and according to the law his right is kept for him to use when he starts work at the place offered by the school (or college).

    The bold sentence:
The duration of studying vocational school (school which provides a professional qualification) is included at the working record (the record which is used to calculate the age of retirement).
So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish
