The word Busja (Буся) is like Kitty or Pussy. It is very funny name for a cat or another pet.
The word spizdila is very-very bed and very rude. But it is very positive in this context. If your friend cat say you such words. Then she more then friend to you ;)

It's hard to understand the different context of the same sentence as it can mean different things.
Could this message have been sent to a girl?
