Please would you like to help me to translate this :
"Can you help me, to write my seminary for faculty. Which is the main street, in Piter, and pay attention on the names and brands of shops and companies. Does it more domestic or western brands?"

I don't know why nobody wants to help.
I will make an attempt. Usually when somebody sees how botched-up a translation is, they pitch-in and help.

Can you help me write my seminar for the faculty?

Which is the main street in Petersburg?

Pay attention to the names and brands of shops and companies.

Are there more domestic or western brands?

It's difficult to understand what the author means exactly by "writing a seminary for the faculty", but I supposed that it's some written work they were asked to prepare for a seminar. In this case it may look like this:

Which is the main street in Petersburg?

Pay attention to the names and brands of shops and companies.

Are there more domestic or western brands?

Does not this mean "What main street in Piter?" rather than "What IS the main street in Piter?"

I know, but there is a difference in meaning between the sentences
"What main street in Piter?" and "What IS the main street in Piter?"

A: I walked down the main street in Piter.
B: What main street in Piter? Nevsky Prospect?

    B: It is Nevsky Prospect.

Well, I don't think it matters, because there can only be one MAIN street.

A: What is the main street in Piter?
    B: It is Nevsky Prospect.

I think the context is the key to understand the difference. I think there might be some intonation differences too.

(as if you don't remember) emphasis on WHICH
A neutral question, there really isn't any emphasis on any word, but maybe the last part...

"Название главной питерской улицы?" is my donation. And I think the question in this form sounds as if someone gets a knife at your neck.
