Could you please help translating some of an email i got? Babelfish can handle most of it, but i cant find translations for some sentences. Ok, here are the bits i dont understand:

Прошло всего 11 дней,после твоего отъезда,а мне кажется,что я не видела тебя целую вечность.Скучаю!

если ты конечно приедишь ко мне?

I would really appreciate any help you can give me, thanks!!

It is 11 days after your departure and it seems an eternity. I miss you!

Is that really the translation of "если ты конечно приедишь ко мне?"

I thought it would be something like: "Of course, if you are going to come to me?"

Yep, in Russian человек официально имеет тоже только один мозг
But informally or ironically you can often hear мозги instead

BTW, in Flemish/Dutch, the word for brain (hersenen) is always plural.

Don't forget you can sometimes say things like "he's got brains" or "you need brains to be a surgeon"... etc

Right, but they are not refering to the object "the brain" but rather "intelligence" here symoblized as "brains"
