Hello everybody.
Can anyone translate the sentence "A picture is worth a thousand words" for me?
Or is there some Russian saying which means more or less the same?
I would like it translated in cyrillic, if possible.
Thank you very much.

Одна картинка стоит тысячи слов.
In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.
Hello,
There is an exact Russian analog of this saying:
Лучше 1 раз увидеть, чем 100 раз услышать.
Luchshe 1 raz uvidet', chem 100 raz uslishat'.
Literally: It's better to see something once, rather than to hear about it 100 times.
