    Pescatarian

    That is, one who eats fish but no other meat.

    Пескатарианец? I doubt it.

    Any help?

    If you doubt something, you may use your flying thoughts.
    If you think of Demi-vegetarian instead of pescatarian, in russian you may probably tranalate it into (literally, poluvegetarianesh?).
    Vegan seems to work in the same way: (strict vegetarian).

    Pescatarian or Pesco-vegetarian, think about how these words formed.

    Demi-vegetarian is correct in English.
