Hello everybody. I know this subforum is for translation, but in this case I just need a russian transliteration of the words from the 2 images I attach below - (I just need the handwritten stuff in Russian)

Thank you Polunoshnik - Ufa, as in the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (Башкирская АCCP) - Today Republic of Bashkortostan.

And the image 2? It is from the Lenin District in Alma-Ata (today Almaty), Kazakhstan?

Right.

Btw, VLKMS -> VLKSM. The "SM" part does not stand for what you might initially think, but rather for "Soyuz Molodyozhi" - the Union of the Youth.

Thank you Crocodile for the spotting typo... Offcourse it is VLKSM - Latin="Vsesoyuzniy Leninsky Kommunistichesky Sozyuz Molodyozhi" - "Всесоюзный ленинский коммунистический союз молодёжи"
