Can one just omit the имя?
Is there a shorter way to say those?

Must one say падеж?

You are right about transliteration, but it doesn't decline at all, like all foreign female proper names ending with a consonant sound.

I'd call it "a common order". I don't know how an order can be correct or not. There's a mnenomic rule to memorize that order (by first letters) - Иван Родил Девчонку, Велел Тащить Пеленку

Probably just the order Russians are taught to recite the cases at school? Whenever I've asked Mrs Scotcher to explain a case ending she's always had to go through that list in order to double check that she hasn't lied to me.

Why does alphabet goes in specific order? It is the order we learned it at school.

белочка is a diminutive for белка- it means squirrel

This is in a song, but to me the last two lines make no sense... Is this some sort of idiom?

No, it's not an idiom.
