ok, could somebody break this down for me:

Государственная политика по продвижению Сочи на мировом девелоперском рынке, по информированию мировой общественности об экономическом росте всей страны – это важнейшие задачи, которые измерены не деньгами на определенном этапе стройки

so the most important tasks (that are not measured in money at a certain phase of construction) are: gov. policy on forwarding/promoting Sochi on the world development market and information to the world public about the econ. growth of the country.

or is something else?

по информированию is confusing because i expect a verb before it, making a distinction between the two important factors.

Государственная политика по продвижению Сочи на мировом девелоперском рынке и по информированию мировой общественности об экономическом росте всей страны – это задача (singular), важность которой, на определенном этапе стройки, не может быть измерена деньгами.

I never heard "девелоперский" but "девелопер" uses rarely in IT-related slang.
