    one russian sentence

    i've found this somewhere - but i don't know what it means:

    Predlagaetsja rabota- u4enikam i studentam, na ne polnii rabo4ii den!

    I only know 'rabota' means 'work'; but I can't figure it out.
    Does somebody know what this mean in English?
