Need help to understand this "funny" picture

Some friend of mine sent me this picture.

I translated it as : "This is a lamb from an English children's textbook and she seems upset at something"

Is this correct ? Is there some Russian joke here which I don't understand ?
Besides the fact that the sheep looks kinda drunk I don't think it's funny and I wonder why my friend would send me something like this ^_^.

We might just have a different sense of humour

The sheep says normal words. "Блеять" stands for speak Sheepish, e.g. produce meaningful sounds like any sheep can do with the aim of social interaction and communication (for the wellbeing of their whole community). It can have a perverted meaning only if you exclude letter E from the word, which does not happen naturally.
