    "Я забыла как говорить по-русски" is ok. But it's a bit inexpressive, it lacks any context. If it's meant to be like "forgot over time", something like "Я совсем забыла русский язык" would be better.

    Ok - makes sense. Would there be any way to make it "my" Russian, or is would this somewhat implied here? I feel this is strange to say in Russian, whereas in English it's fine.
