That's why it is a bad idea to use modern songs at the beginning stages when learning a language. The language is quite unnatural and hard to parse. You could translate it as follows:
He will draw the fire, and I will draw words, letter by letter, too.
She will draw the rain, and, letter by letter, words: "I love you"
